Hot plate welding machine has following advantages
Hot plate welding machine is the main product of KEBER. We have two types of hot plate welding machines which are used widely in the plastic industry. Hot plate welders are the KEB-5030 and KEB-6550 machine that enlarge the production of our factory. They have large quantity and stable function. And themachines in KEBER are updated every year, including the design and devices.
We also make many non-standard hot plate welding machines for automobile parts, balance ring welding lines, plastic pallets, etc. Hot plate fixtures have two parts of cold fixtures and hot moulds. The fixtures' materials are aluminum alloys; and for some special products, the hot moulds will use copper materials. The fixture is designed according to the 3D drawing and made in our CNC center.
Hot plate is one of the plastic welding methods which weld the product by a steel hot plate ,heat the joint line,and joint the two parts stably,it is widely used in auto plastic parts welding field,such as water tank,glove box,auto lamp etc.It has lots of advantages compared with other welding methords.

Operation Principle
1,The frame use high-quality steel welding structure,the surface of the cover board coverd by plastic.The color can be choosed.
2, Drive system
a.The up and lower movement drive by hydraulic.
b.The front and back movement drive by servo motor.
c.The transportation for the welded products use slide rail drive manner.
d.The fixture drive by pneumatic,and the fixture will design as flexible mode,can weld different size pallets.
3,The equipment have alarm function and can protect by itself.
4,Control system
a.Use PLC control system,use the screen to adjust the welding parameter.
b.Provide electrical,air control box,the electrical and the air are detach.
c.The electrical system use SIEMENS brand devices.
d.The pneumatic system use FESTO brand devices.

Detail information
This machine is greatly improving the efficiency of welding,and the table-board is driven by servo motor,ensure the stability of the welding,hot plate is driven by ordinary motor and controlledby the encoder, for the convenience of artificial adjust.
Control system
Using PLC from siemens ,touch screen control the entire process,choose Manual as well as choose full-automatic mode.Humanized design displays.
Set the alarm
Alarming for less air pressure ,safety etc.
Operating is green,finished is yellow,exception is red.at same time use together with the alarm device.
Equiped with the Independent electrical canbinet,divide the circuit ,strong current and weak current is
divided,easy to maintain .
